Design and Build: CityZen@Zenobia
We started with an empty, high density urban lot in Denver and performed new construction of 5 townhomes, each 3 stories with 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, solar panels, IKEA kitchens, green roofop gardens, GE Profile EnergyStar appliances, master suites with balconies, Kohler bathrooms, green insulation, Argon filled double pane Marvin windows, and so much more.
Total 9,000 finished square feet with Sloan Lake, Rocky Mountain and Denver city views. LEED Platinum certification anticipated upon completion. Priced under $380,000 each, we believe that we have made green affordable!
